The estate is located on a peninsula, in the middle of the Natural Park of S'Albufera des Grau, surrounded by the sea and natural salt marshes.

It is a magical place, for its nature and its history.

From here there is direct access to 2 private beaches and to the Cami de Cavalls: you can enjoy migratory bird watching, which in recent years has been enriched with an almost stable colony of flamingos that choose its waters to nest and raise their chicks.
